I started as a business management graduate, working in the sales and management fields. After being exposed to writing code and scripting surveys for one of my previous jobs, I realised I enjoy understanding businesses and products end to end.

More recently, my ventures into the world of compliance has made me appreciate the importance of security, audits and documentation. Customer service is central to my approach. I pride myself on communicating complex regulatory information in a clear, approachable and empathetic manner. I am proactive, organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and positivity in a busy environment. I also value collaborative working and enjoy contributing to a team focused on continuous improvement and student experience.

I am mainly self-taught, watching videos online and learning through guides on various websites. It has been a steady but challenging process, but an enjoyable experience nonetheless. I have completed an IT coding course on HTML, CSS and python fundamentals and more recently I have a completed a one year placement as a junior developer at Zero Deposit. I especially enjoy the problem solving element of coding, tackling issues with multiples solutions.
